“Healing begins the moment you feel safe enough to be heard.”

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating major changes, struggling in relationships, battling self-doubt, or finding yourself stuck in patterns you’re ready to change. When the same challenges continue to show up, it can be difficult to know how to move forward.

As a counseling practicum student at Angelo State University, I work with teenagers and adults experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and a desire for personal growth. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your emotions, experiences, and the patterns that may be holding you back.

My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and incorporates trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one that can help you better understand yourself, build confidence, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change in your life.

Above all, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I provide counseling services under the direct supervision of Sally Cleary, LCPC.
