“Find your way back to connection, confidence, and joy.”

Maybe you’re struggling in your relationships, feeling disconnected from the people you care about, or realizing that the things that once brought you joy just don’t feel the same anymore. You may be dealing with anxiety, the effects of past trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.

My job is to help people understand what’s keeping them stuck, heal from difficult experiences, and create lives and relationships that feel more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling. My approach to therapy is caring, engaging, and grounded in current research. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, relationship difficulties, and addiction.

I am an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist and also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work. I approach trauma and addiction through an attachment-based lens and have a particular interest in understanding how trauma affects both the brain and the body.

I earned my MEd in Counseling from the College of Idaho and my BA in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts. Before becoming a therapist, I had a successful military career, which gives me a unique understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by veterans and military-connected clients.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
