Life can feel overwhelming when hard challenges come up. I have worked with people on everything from panic attacks to perfectionism, workplace burn out, relationship tangles, existential dread about what to cook for dinner to stress induced calendar shame. I help clients untangle those thoughts and feelings in a compassionate, sometimes humorous, non-judgmental way. I keep snacks in my office too because sometimes big feelings also require a snack to tackle (if we meet virtually, snack breaks are totally allowed). I especially like working with senior adults who are in a life transition such as retirement, becoming empty-nesters, or end of life.
