Got questions? We’ve got answers.
-
For now, we are a virtual practice. In the near future (2026) we look forward to offering a beautiful space to meet together in person. Virtual appointments will always be an option if you prefer.
-
Just like in person therapy! Your therapist will be in a private, quiet office where your session cannot be overheard. You are welcome to join from anywhere you have reliable internet. Your office, your car, your closet, you decide.
-
We take most major insurances, and will be happy to verify your benefits on your behalf. If you prefer to pay out of pocket, your fee will depend on your therapist. Most therapists charge between $125-$165 per session.
-
During your first appointment you’ll have an opportunity to ask any questions you’d like about your therapist and their experience/techniques. Your therapist will ask you several questions about your background and get clarification on what you’d like to achieve in therapy. You can share as much or as little as you’d like-we aren’t here to push.
-
No! You are welcome to see your therapist as often or as infrequently as you choose. You are encouraged to talk with your therapist about what they recommend, but ultimately the choice is yours.
-
We’ve all been there. If you’re not clear on your goals for therapy, but you know it’s time to make some changes, you’re in the right place. There’s no pressure to have it figured out or to know what to say. We’ll take it one step at a time.
